Our Bestie Agents are here to help you thru the entire home-buying journey and since pricing is set up front, any concessions offered by the Seller can be credited directly toward your closing costs.

  • Consultation to determine location and criteria

  • Access to listings that meet your requirements (these will include listings from the MLS, they may also include “For Sale by Owner”, “pocket listings” and other off-market or pre-market listings.

  • Personal showings (limit to 10) and lists of open houses that you can attend.

  • Comps, offer consultation and offer negotiation.

  • Offer write up and submission.

Once under contract

  • Referrals for services required through the homebuying process: inspections, movers, cleaners, etc

  • Customized timeline and regular communication as you move toward closing

  • Inspection guidance, report review and negotiations with listing agent as needed

  • Post-appraisal negotiations as needed

  • Amendments to contract and negotiations as needed for inspection and financing delays

  • Guidance with closing company and title insurer to prepare for closing and moving into your new home.
